How to delay (postpone) a transaction?

The transaction delay feature is a process in which a payment or withdrawal (except mass payments) is not processed immediately after confirmation, but only after a few seconds or minutes. During this time, you have the option to cancel the transaction.

Go to the menu on the left → Merchant settings → Transactions section.

Under the Canceling Transactions, select a delay time → click Save.

The delay time is the period for which the transaction will be delayed (frozen). The payment will be processed after the selected time. You can delay the transaction for 20, 60 seconds, 3, 5 or 10 minutes.

If "without delay" is selected in the Delay time field, the payment or payout will be processed immediately after creation. In this case, it is impossible to cancel the transaction yourself.
