Balance top-up methods

You can top up your balance using such methods as:

- payments;

- invoices;

- crypto addresses.

 

How to top-up the balance using payments?

1. Go to the menu on the left → Payments Payments.

2. Click Create payment in the upper right corner.

3. In the new window, select the payment system with help of which you want to top up the balance.

4. Enter the amount you want to transfer to the balance.

 

⚠️Please note that some payment systems / networks charge fees when topping up the balance. You can find the information about the current fees in the Merchant settings section  → Payment directions.

 

5. Confirm the payment and follow the top-up link or copy the QR code.

 

How to top-up the balance using an invoice (bill)?

1. Go to the menu on the left → Payments Invoices.

2. Click Create invoice in the upper right corner.

3. In the new window, select the currency and enter the amount.

4. In the Fee section, choose who will pay the fee and in what amount:

- merchant pays;

- client pays;

- 25% merchant, 75% client;

- 50% merchant, 50% client;

- 75% merchant; 25% client;

- or you can also adjust custom value.

5. Enter the client's email and the expiry time of the invoice (time during which the client must pay the invoice (bill) - from 2 hours and up to 7 days).

6. Additionally, you can add a description. Then confirm the payment

7. Detailed information about the invoice will appear in a new window. You can additionally send a link to the invoice for payment to the client by mail, Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber.

 

How to top-up the balance using a crypto address?

1. Go to the menu on the left → Payments Crypto Addresses.

2. Click Create a crypto address in the upper right corner.

3. In the new window, select a cryptocurrency. If you choose USDT, then additionally choose the protocol (USDT TRC20 or USDT ERC20).

4. In the field with auto-convert, set "Disabled" or "Enabled". If you want to enable auto-conversion, click “Enabled” and select the auto-conversion currency from the list.

5. Next, you can enter the callback URL*, a description and click Create an address.

6. Confirm the payment and follow the top-up link or scan the QR code.

 

*Callback URL is the address to which service messages (callback) with information about the transaction's status are sent. Example: http://example.com/callback.
